Dave Cleveland, President of Valley Homes, feels that integrity isn't sold, its earned. He has been the manufactured housing industry for 27 years. He is the current past President of the Nevada Manufactured Housing Association and has received 8 Commitment of Excellence for sales and service excellence from Skyline Homes. Skyline began evaluating their dealers through an independent customer satisfaction survey company 8 years ago and he is honored to be the only dealer in the southwest for Skyline to have received all of these awards.

In 2000, 2002 and 2003 Dave received the “Top 25 in the Nation for Commitment to Excellence” by Skyline Homes. He also has received the 2000 and 2003 “Professional Dealership Award” from the Nevada Manufactured Housing Association. In 2002 he was voted the first runner-up for National Retailer of the Year.
